Meet OUR FOUNDER

OLIVIA MARTIN FOUNDER

Olivia Martin (She/Her)

Olivia (she/her) is a human resource management professional with 15 years’ experience in the public and non-profit sector with focuses on leadership, program management, DEI and human capital strategy. She is passionate about supporting others as they pursue their purpose and passions—whether in the workplace or outside of it. 

Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Public and Non-Profit Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Human Resource Management from Georgetown University.

Olivia’s Coaching Philosophy

As a Professional Coach specializing in leadership and career development, Olivia is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential and achieve success. With a focus on trust, empathy, and active listening, she creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their aspirations, gain clarity on their values, and design strategies for success.

Drawing from various coaching techniques and tools, including the GROW model, positive psychology, and competency assessments, Olivia personalizes her approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Her expertise lies in leadership development, career transition, communication skills, confidence-building, and work-life balance.
